What do the characters do?
For a single character party meet and greet booking.
The character makes a grand entrance to their signature theme music, playing from a hidden sound system inside the costume. Cameras at the ready – this is a true wow moment! They recreate their famous poses and share endless hugs and high-fives with excited guests, being playful and animated. The character can join in for party games and dance to classic party songs. They can also stay for presentation of the birthday cake or hand out extra special presents. Once everyone has interacted with the character, it’s time for photos to capture the special memories forever! A hidden vibrating timer lets the performer know when the visit is coming to an end. Music begins to play as the character performs an exit routine, waving goodbye and leaving behind smiles, happy hearts and a little bit of magic.
For 2 or more characters, a party host is provided to help coordinate music and dancing, and for the health and safety of the mascots.
What areas of Northern Ireland do you cover?
We happily travel throughout Northern Ireland, and for locations outside this area, a travel supplement may apply. Any additional travel costs will always be discussed at the time of booking.
All pricing includes travel within a 15-mile radius of BT20.

How do I book?
Get in touch with us to check availability for your chosen date. We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve your date and time, and the remaining 50% will be invoiced 14 days before the scheduled visit. Got a last-minute celebration planned? No worries! If it is within 14 days we just ask for full payment to confirm.
Can I book more than one character?
What if I need to cancel?
Change of plans? We understand – life can be full of surprises, especially if it involves kids!
Deposits are non-refundable but if you need to cancel, don’t worry! Your deposit converts to a credit and it can be redeemed towards a new booking date (subject to availability). This can be for a party, event or special visit. Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.
